TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TBM 79TH ANNIVERSARY LUCKY DRAW

This TBM 79th Anniversary Lucky Draw ("Contest”) is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by the terms and conditions and accompanying details and guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

By participating in the Contest, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This Contest is open to all Axtra Rewards members except for employees of TBM and its affiliates, their business partners, and their immediate family members.

2. Spend a minimum of RM200 at TBM during the Contest Period (1^st May – 31^st October 2024) to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. TBM further reserves the right to cancel the eligibility under this Contest without prior notice.

CONTEST PERIOD

4. The Contest is valid from 1^st May – 31^st October 2024 (Campaign Period) and applicable to any TBM outlet (refer to https://go.tbm.com.my/stores) and TBM online store (refer to https://go.tbm.com.my/OnlineStore).

5. Axtra Rewards members who purchase at any TBM outlet/Online will get a chance to win total prizes and vouchers worth up to RM50,000*.

6. The Contest is not in conjunction with the Roadshow and Fair.

7. The Offer is available while stocks last (first-come-first-served basis).

(b) For the 2nd Purchase Cycle: 1^st August - 31^st October 2024
Winner Announcement: 7^th November 2024.

15. The winners will not be informed personally in any form. Winners need to check on TBM’s Facebook page for the 79^th Anniversary Lucky Draw’s result. TBM is not obligated to enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the lucky draw.

17. Prizes must be claimed on or before 30 November 2024. The unclaimed Prize will be forfeited. The winner whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

18. The Winner shall accept the Prize “as is”. The colour, specifications and/or model of the Prize shall be determined by TBM at its sole discretion. No change of colour, make and/or model is allowed and no variation and/or enhancements shall be entertained.

19. All prizes must be claimed at the winners’ own expense no later than 30 November 2024 after the winner’s announcement. All unclaimed prizes after 30 November 2024 will be forfeited by TBM. 

20. The participant is required to produce proof of identity during or before prize redemption for purposes of verification.

21. The value of the prizes may vary, TBM reserves the right to replace any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

22. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. Winners must comply with the terms and conditions of the product suppliers of prizes.

23. TBM has the right to change the prize redemption and collection method according to public health conditions.

24. TBM accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequences, prize loss or damage, or failure to deliver.

25. TBM reserves the right to feature winner's photos on TBM's social media pages.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

26. By participating in the Campaign, the participants (including the winners) are deemed to have consented to:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM occasionally.
